Meet Haley: Support for When You’re in Between (And Upside Down)
Life transitions – graduation, moving, career change, parenthood – can be some of the most confusing times to navigate. Things are changing around you faster than you can keep up, and you’re changing on the inside alongside it.
During these times, it’s natural to think if we can just find the right job, relationship, home, or next step, we’ll finally feel settled. (If only it were that easy!) While those things do matter for our survival and well-being, the deeper work is learning how to feel grounded in yourself even when life is shifting.
Bridges are easier to cross when you’re solid in who you are.
As a therapist specializing in seasons of transition – especially for young adults and women exploring identity, authenticity, and boundaries – I help you sort through what’s happening outside of you, reconnect with what matters, and make decisions with clarity and true alignment.

Haley’s Story
Defining Your Own Path
Whether welcoming a new child, graduating from college, or choosing to embrace a life of greater self-trust and purpose, a thread throughout all my work is being with those sitting with the overwhelming, exciting, and often confusing question: “What's next?”
Beneath that question is a deeper one: “Who do I want to be?” This can cause us to look outside ourselves for a sense of direction and belonging when going within is exactly what’s needed.
As a therapist who identifies as Jewish, I understand the wide expression of identity within a shared culture, and as a woman, I understand the pressure to fit a particular mold.
I’ll welcome conversations about the experiences that have shaped you while creating space for you to define what authenticity means on your own terms.Together, we’ll identify the values and practices that help you feel grounded and confident in how to face the path ahead.

Mental Health Care Doesn’t Have to be Complicated
When you’re struggling, your mental health care shouldn’t feel like another thing to get “right.” Let’s find the small, everyday practices to help you feel grounded.
I often start with the basics: Have you eaten recently? When was the last time you went outside? Have you spent meaningful time with your loved ones in the past week?
From there, we’ll explore your values: How would you like to spend your time? What’s getting in the way of you doing that?
In between sessions, I’ll offer simple ways to access the grounding power of the natural world, your own creativity, and meaningful connection — whether naming one thing you’re proud of, enjoying time with your family, pets, or plants, or creating routines that help you feel calmer.
Clinical Supervision for Colorado Licensure
Starting your path to licensure is a significant threshold. As you step into a whole new stage of supporting others and navigating systems, you’re also discovering the kind of clinician you want to become.
My goal is to guide you through both the clinical and practical realities of licensure for LCSW, LPC, and LMFT.
In addition to administrative requirements, we’ll work together on case consultation, navigating ethical dilemmas, identifying your clinical strengths and growth edges, and preparing for your licensure exams.
Each meeting is a space to feel supported, challenged, and more connected to the values you want to carry into the next phase of your career.
