Beginning Monday, April 6th through May 18th, you are invited to join us from 5:15 pm-7:15 pm for a 7 week experience of connecting with yourself, others, and forming a community of like-minded women. Women's Yoga + Talk Therapy Group focuses on healing from the inside out by practicing traditional yoga poses along with open, therapeutic processing as an intimate group.
Investment is $455 for the 7 week experience, which you can pay up front or on a weekly basis. $65 deposit is required at sign up.
